Telephone solutions that we offer are VoIP technology based (Internet telephony), the fastest growing telecommunications technology at the moment. All our solutions are hosted (SaaS - Software as a Service) model based, so their availability is practically unlimited. Access to the Web is the only requirement to start using Debesis services. Call center software is addressed to companies for whom active telephone sales and high quality of customer service are fundamental. Call Center System is a modern tool that allows to manage sales process, agent work more effectively, and evenually improve company competitiveness against other companies. In order to use the system only a browser and the Internet is necessary, thus necessary investment is limited to an absolute minimum. Customer receives the following free technical support included in the licence fee. Call center technology including: IVR scripts, voice announcements, music on hold, ring back method in handling inbound calls by not answering waiting call till making sure there is a free agent, dial campaign modes set up and modified during the campaign from the person running the campaign (supervisor), Campaign templates that enable creating further campaigns based on defined parameters and agent lists/groups dedicated to handle the campaign, Real time access to agent calls from supervisor level that enables giving tips to real time phone call (both outbound and inbound), online report for inbound and outbound calls, as dedicated module enabling tracking traffic volume for particular campaigns / IVR scripts, but also globally for the whole inbound traffic.
