I want to share my experience to warn others against collaborating with GLASSMET Sp. z o.o. and its management. The contract was signed in 2022 and was worth PLN 137,000. I paid a deposit of PLN 73,980, which is documented by bank transfers. To this day, the project remains largely unfinished and has been abandoned by the contractor. The completed elements, including the terrace and roof, have significant technical defects. Despite repeated reports, the defects have not been corrected. The company repeatedly announced new completion dates, but none were met. I have documentation confirming these arrangements. After the work was suspended, they also refused to refund part of the deposit collected for work that was never completed. In my opinion, the manner in which the matter was handled demonstrates a lack of professional integrity and basic business ethics.
